WHAT KIND OF CONDITION CAN I EXPECT ITEMS TO BE IN?
We carefully select pre loved pieces which are in good condition.
Each item description will give detail of its condition. We only sell items which are in a condition that we think our customers would be happy with.
DO YOU DO RETURNS?
Yes we offer 14 days to return items (excluding sale items) - please see our Shipping and returns info page for full details
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE AND WHAT ARE THE COSTS?
Yes we do. We offer a flat rate of £22.95 for the rest of the world.  For more details please see our shipping info page. We cannot be held responsible for customs charges / sales tax charged on international shipping.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We offer the traditional method of payment as well as PayPal
DO YOU OFFER GUEST ACCOUNTS?
At the moment we don't offer guest accounts but are looking to do so very shortly in the future. By creating an account with us helps speed up the ordering process and lets you keep track of your orders and refunds online and setup your very own wish list to share with your friends.
ARE ALL YOUR CLOTHES CLEAN?
All our items that are cleaned and pressed before they are added to the web page so will reach you ready to wear..
